Before accepting the driver
No fees before the driver accepts the order.
After the driver accepts
50%: Return rate after 15 days.
After the driver arrives or the customer does not show up
50%: Return rate after 15 days.
Cancel service provider
If the service provider cancels or fails to provide a suitable alternative, the amount paid for the unperformed part shall be refunded to the customer without prejudice to their statutory rights.
Delay and non-execution
If execution is delayed beyond the agreed-upon period, the customer has the rights prescribed by law, including cancellation in the cases determined by the E-Commerce Law. This does not preclude an alternative settlement explicitly agreed to by the customer.
Refund method and duration
The due amount will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible within a period not exceeding 15 days from the approval of the refund, and the time it takes to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
The claim
Provide the order number, reason, and documents via Complaints and Claims Page. This policy does not prejudice the statutory rights of the consumer.
