The institution acknowledges the validity of its name, registration, address, and representative, as well as holding the necessary licenses and insurances for the type of service, vehicles, and personnel. It commits to updating them immediately upon any change and providing proof thereof upon request.
The service
The institution is committed to the prices and terms displayed before order acceptance, quality, safety, schedules, customer data protection, and not circumventing to complete orders outside the platform.
Consideration and settlement
The agreed settlement percentages are applied to the establishment's account or its financial appendix, and the invoices are issued by: Moyasar. The collecting entity: Moyasar.
Water
Type of water supported by the platform: non-potable. The service provider is committed to supplying water from a licensed source that matches the type of water specified in the request.
Liability and Termination
The institution is responsible for its dependents, vehicles, tax and regulatory obligations, and reports incidents and complaints. Suspension is permissible for verification or upon license expiration, and termination for gross violation while preserving acquired rights.
The law
The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply, and jurisdiction rests with the competent authorities and courts in Riyadh after an attempted amicable settlement.
