1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Naqal or creating a request, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, the privacy policy, and the cancellation and refund policy, and that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Nature of the platform
An electronic intermediary that connects the customer with the independent service provider. The order screen displays the service provider, price, fees, and taxes prior to the binding action. The payment collection entity is Maysar, and the issuer of the invoice or receipt is Maysar.
3. Services and Scope
The platform offers flatbed towing, furniture moving, and water transport services within the range available in the application. The vehicle type, timing, and price are determined based on the request details and availability.
4. Creation of the electronic contract
The platform displays the service summary, locations, price, and fees prior to confirmation. Clicking the complete order button on the checkout page along with checking the consent box creates a binding electronic order according to its status and cancellation policy. The order number, status, and proof of payment, when available, are sent to the customer.
5. Account and Data
The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data, protecting their login credentials, and not using another person's account. Appropriate verification may be requested, and the account may be suspended in cases of reasonable suspicion, while respecting statutory rights.
6. Price, Payment, and Tax
The total price, fees, and tax, if any, are shown before confirmation. No amount shall be described as a value-added tax unless the issuing entity is officially registered. The policy applies Cancellation and Refund.
7. Client Obligations
Precise location and details, presence or designation of a recipient, providing safe access, and not requesting the transport of prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items. Regarding furniture, the customer specifies the pieces and special conditions and handles the packing unless the service explicitly includes packing.
8. Terms of Services
Water: The service provider is committed to supplying water from a licensed source that matches the water type specified in the request. Supported type: Non-potable. Tow truck: The vehicle to be transported must be systematically transportable and the customer authorizes its handling. Furniture: Heavy or valuable items, entrances, stairs, and the need for additional labor must be disclosed.
9. Delay and Force Majeure
Appointments are estimated unless expressly described as confirmed. The customer shall be notified of any material delay. The affected party shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control to the extent of their impact, subject to the duty of mitigation and the preservation of consumer rights statutorily established.
10. Damage and Claims
report the incident or damage without delay via Complaints procedure With the order number, photos, and documents. Terms do not exclude liability that cannot be legally excluded, and the insurance policy and service provider's liability shall be taken into account.
11. Prohibited Use
Fraud, platform abuse, service disruption, privacy violation, unauthorized transfer of prohibited or hazardous materials, and circumvention to complete orders outside the platform are prohibited.
12. Privacy and Ownership
Data is processed according to Privacy Policy. The trademark, software, and content are owned by their respective owners, and the user is granted only a limited license to use the service.
13. Complaints and the Law
We receive complaints through the designated page and official email, and we aim to respond within 10 days. The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply, and jurisdiction belongs to the competent authorities and courts in Riyadh after attempting amicable settlement.
14. The Amendment
Each modification is published with a version number and an effective date, and new approval is required if the modification is material or required by the regulations.
